Returns & Exchanges

At Artistic Tile, we strive to ensure your design vision is realized; if your selection is not perfect, we offer a 30-day return window for all stocked, non-installed materials in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the tile in its original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all pieces are cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the items back to our central distribution center via a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned material for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.
