How do I calculate how much tile I need for my project?
We recommend measuring the square footage of your space and adding a 10-15% 'waste factor' to account for cuts, breaks, or future repairs. For complex patterns like herringbone, consider adding 20%.
What is the typical lead time for shipping?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom or handcrafted orders may take 4-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and current production schedules.
Can I request samples before placing a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Since tile is a natural product, variations in color, texture, and shading are expected. Samples help ensure the product meets your design expectations in your specific lighting.
What is your return policy for overage?
We accept returns on unopened full boxes within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and individual 'loose' tiles are non-returnable.
How are tiles shipped to prevent breakage?
Orders are securely packed on pallets and shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers. Each shipment is insured, and we use specialized padding to ensure your artistic tiles arrive in perfect condition.
Are your tiles suitable for outdoor use or pools?
Suitability depends on the material. While most of our porcelain and stone tiles are frost-resistant, we recommend checking the 'Usage' section on each product page for specific ratings regarding submerged or exterior applications.
